Question 1

Why do aftermarket LED indicators flash too quickly?

Accepted Answer

LEDs draw less power than stock halogen bulbs. This low draw causes the flasher relay to cycle rapidly. Fitting matched inline resistors or a replacement flasher relay corrects this flash rate.

Question 2

Do I need to cut my motorcycle's wiring loom to fit new indicators?

Accepted Answer

No. Using dedicated plug-and-play wiring adapter kits allows you to connect aftermarket signals straight to the OEM loom without cutting, keeping the electrical harness intact.

Question 3

What is the benefit of billet aluminum housings over molded polymer?

Accepted Answer

Billet aluminum offers superior heat dissipation for high-output LEDs, preventing thermal degradation. It also resists physical impacts and weathering far better than molded polymers.
