Shipping Your Package
Packages are typically shipped within 2 days to 2 weeks after payment is received. They are sent via Colissimo with tracking and delivered without a signature, though delivery with signature is also available.
We ship to Mainland France, DROM (formerly DOM-TOM), EU countries, the Americas (Canada, Mexico, etc.), and Asia (Japan, Philippines) 🇫🇷🇪🇺🇺🇸🇯🇵🇵🇭.
Please contact us before selecting a shipping method as additional fees may apply. Regardless of the method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining your items into a single order.
We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken for fragile items. Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are well protected. Sometimes, packages are shipped directly from our suppliers to save time on products not available in stock.
Package Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return items under the following conditions:
Return Period:
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees:
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure we receive your return. We are not responsible if the product is not delivered without signature confirmation.
Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Exceptions:
Certain items, such as custom products or sale items, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or due to our error.
