The geometry of the RACING protective pad is designed so that no cutout in the fairing is necessary to screw it to the frame. Cutting or trimming the fairing carries the risk of damaging it and, if necessary, having to repaint it. All this becomes unnecessary with our ingenious solution, which also allows for easy conversion of the protective pads, leaving the original shape of the fairing intact. The protective pads spread the side panels, engine, and assemblies apart in the event of occasional contact or grazing with the ground or road, thereby reducing or even preventing costly damage to the motorcycle. In addition to the choice of material, we have incorporated two essential specific properties into the design and tested them in races. These are damping and friction resistance, which increases gradually during the sliding phase. The first positive characteristic mentioned is damping, which is able to absorb some or all of the impact energy when sudden forces are exerted. Friction resistance increases gradually during the sliding phase and shortens the rubbing or sliding phase, regardless of the ground, in terms of time and space. For optimal protection of your machine, we recommend combining our model-specific protection systems.

The high-performance engine offers an excellent weight-to-performance ratio. Conversely, this means that the engine is very light and delicate in relation to its performance, and may offer less protection in the event of a fall. If the engine casing is damaged, it will be impossible to continue riding.
