The AXP Racing brand offers this engine guard for your Honda XL 750 Transalp, made from 8mm thick high-density polyethylene. This guard is designed for those who prefer not to use lower crash bars. It provides complete protection for the engine block, exhaust, water pump, and engine covers. The front and rear mounting systems are directly attached to the engine block, with a locking system for enhanced strength. 8mm thick foam pads are attached on each side of the guard to prevent friction and on the reinforcement under the engine to absorb shocks. PEHD is more durable than carbon and 30-40% lighter than its aluminum counterpart. It returns to its original shape after impacts and allows the guard to slide over obstacles. The water pump is covered in the front, with the guard extending high enough to protect it from debris projections.
Additionally, this engine guard is compatible with SW-Motech, Hepco & Becker crash bars, as well as the original crash bars of your bike.
